By participating in this forum, you agree to abide by the following rules and restrictions:

General site Terms of Service

Please keep in mind the nature of the Forum's topic before you post to it:

1 Attacks towards any forum member, Moderator, Admin will not be tolerated.
2 Anyone asking for pirated or stolen material (usually that means copyrighted material you don´t have rights to) will have their thread locked and their access to this site removed.
3 Anyone offering pirated or stolen material will be banned, their access to this site removed and all appropriate legal action taken.
4 Copyright infringements of any sort will not be tolerated. This includes the posting of copyrighted images, videos or articles etc.
5 Illegal acts, accusations of illegal acts, or suggestions to commit an illegal act are not allowed on our forums and will be removed from public view, further action will be taken if necessary.
6 Fotos attached to a post should adhere to the Gallery Conduct guidelines.
7 As a courtesy to other producers please do not use someone else's promotional thread to promote another product.
8 Off-topic threads may be moved, modified or split at the discretion of the moderators.
9 SPAMming of the forum with off topic posts will have the posts removed and the user's account deactivated. This includes abusing the PM (Personal Messenger) on this site for spamming other users. If we get a notice of that, your account will be suspended
10 Multiple threads on a single subject by a single individual may be considered as spam and be consolidated/deleted.
11 Posting of private emails or Private Messages (PM's) without the original author's (or authors') permission is not allowed and all such posts will be removed. A warning will be issued. Ignoring the warning and continuing to do this will result in the user having their access to Catfight-Fans revoked.
12 Posts considered to be attacks on personal beliefs/religion, sexual orientation, or those considered to be sexual harrassment will be locked or removed at the discretion of the Moderators/Admins. No further discussion will be allowed. After a thread is locked, any new threads created to continue the discussion will be removed and a warning issued. Continuance to do so will result in the member's access being removed.
13 Posts in the "Fantasy Board" are given more lattitude. However they will be subject to the this TOS. Open discussion on topics is encouraged, however this forum is still subject to the rules of this site.
14 Anyone caught posting a link to any file containing a virus, Trojan, or other harmful payload will have their post removed and their access revoked.
15 Anyone attempting to "hack" or otherwise disrupt the normal functioning of this forum will have their access revoked.

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

Gallery Posting Guidelines

The following guidelines applies also to posting pictures and fotos in the boards

1 No pornography. Neither softcore nor hardcore. Mild nudity or topless is acceptable if it is in the line of the topic (female fighting, catfighting). This is at the discretion of the moderators/Admins.
2 No kind of depiction of any character(s) - no matter if the depiction displays a real or just an artificial, graphic character - that may look for a reasonable person to be younger than 18 years of age, regardless if dressed or undressed.
3 Any image posted to the galleries or to the boards may be removed at any time at the discretion of the administration for any reason.
4 There will be a maximum number of images allowed per member in the user galerie.
5 If you post something that we remove, consider it a warning. If you post it twice we will send an official warning. If you post it a third time, we will remove the gallery and ban the user. This goes for inappropriate content and images that the user does not have the legal right to post. Not knowing the guidelines is not an excuse.
