English version of the interview with Viktoria (translation by Friesix)

Catfightworld: What was the flash-point or who did motivate you to start with wrestling and what were your feelings during your first fight against another woman?

Viktoria: In January 2002 I started with wrestling. I had a classmate (Monika), who was a wrestler; she asked me if I wouldn't like to try it. The first fight was against an Ukrainian (Vika) and very exhausting, because she was an experienced wrestler and very strong. I had sore muscles for 3 days, but I never thought about not to carry on with wrestling.

Catfightworld: Do you wrestle just for fun or is it more the sportive point of view?

Viktoria: I'm really enjoying it, otherwise I would not wrestle for 7 years. And of course, sports is important for me, too. I like to swim since I'm 4 and I am also into riding a bicycle. But wrestling and swimming are both my top favorites.

Catfightworld: How much important is the sportive success, meaning victory, for you?

Viktoria: I really enjoy the victory, but it depends on, against whom I wrestle. If my opponent is much stronger than myself, I am happy, if I could make it as hard as possible for her and she realizes that it is not that easy to beat me.

Catfightworld: How do you handle a defeat?

Viktoria: Well, I think nobody likes to loose, but I have it under control. I mean I would never cry or become hysterical or so. And of course it depends on, against whom I loose.

Catfightworld: Do you prefer to fight against friends or against unknown persons?

Viktoria: Against unknown persons. So nobody can say that there were made agreements between the fighters.

Catfightworld: Do you see a difference between f/f and f/m fights? What is more exhausting?

Viktoria: Depends on the opponent. Men prefer to play around much more. And men are always paying compliments. Women don't do that.

Catfightworld: Does your private environment know what you are doing, and how do they react?

Viktoria: All for me important persons know about it. My mother is even proud of me.

Catfightworld: What do you think about men who pay a lot of money to see you and other girls wrestling?

Viktoria: At the beginning it was strange for me, but I realized that this is a hobby like lots of different hobbies, too.

Catfightworld: Do you have erotic feelings during the fight? Do you prefer to fight non-topless, topless or nude or is this unimportant for you?

Viktoria: I do not have any erotic feelings. I am 100% hetero. But it is not abhorrent on the other hand. I would  say: Neutral. Maybe it sounds funny, but mostly I like topless, because it is most comfortable.

Catfightworld: How much important is anonymity for you? Do you prefer your bedroom at home without audience or public events with male spectators.

Viktoria: I love a big audience. I love it when I see lucky and happy faces around me and as I said before, I like it when men pay me compliments.

Catfightworld: What do you prefer: Pin-and-submission-wrestling, catfights or fun fights / erotic fights?

Viktoria: You know that I do not make catfights. I tried it just once but my hair is so sensitive ... I just don't like it. But I'm holding catfighters in high esteem. My preference are pin-and-submission fights.

Catfightworld: Where do you see your strengths - in the defensive waiting for the opponent or do you like to attack directly?

Viktoria: I like to wait and see, what my opponent plans. Then I think about, what I can do with her.

Catfightworld: Do you prefer pin-holds or submission-holds, i.e. do you like to lie or to sit on your opponent? Or do you prefer leg-scissors etc.? 

Viktoria: My favorite moves are leg-scissors, that is no secret. But if possible, I use pins, especially at weaker opponents.

Catfightworld: Do you prepare for events/fights in a special manner? If yes, how?

Viktoria: I do not train in a special manner before events. I go to swim or make exercises at home. But I prepare myself mentally. In my head I'm going through some techniques.

Catfightworld: Are opponents existing, that you dislike (please don't give names!!!)? If yes, how do you handle those opponents?

Viktoria: That happened once or twice, but that is normal. If I wrestle with a girl that I do not like I don't spend any thoughts about this during the fight. I concentrate on the fight and do all to beat her. If I loose, it is unimportant, if I like her or not. :-)

Catfightworld: Do you hear shouts during the fight, e.g. hints from the trainer or cheers from the audience?

Viktoria: YES!!!! Such things are very helpful and important for me. Then I know that the audience is not bored and wants to help me. Sometimes it happens, that a shout like "Get up!" is not really helpful, because it is not possible in this moment :-) but the urging provides me additional power and stamina.

Catfightworld: How much important is the appreciation of the spectators for you? Do fight more for yourself or more for the audience?

Viktoria: Both! During fights in front of an audience it is 50-50%. Without audience I can concentrate on myself.

Catfightworld: Could you imagine a fight between men as erotic?

Viktoria: No. (But I have not seen such thing. When I was a little girl, I was always watching WWF on SKY channel - but that is something different...)

Catfightworld: How do you rate the chances of an untrained man against a good female wrestler in a mixed match?

Viktoria: It is crucial, how strong and heavy HE is and how good the technical skills of HER are (and how fast she is).

Catfightworld: Do you think that an untrained girl could have at once success against a top female wrestler or do you exclude this categorical?

Viktoria: A newbie has no chance, or at least a very little one, against an experienced fighter. Not the strength is important, but the techniques. You have to know the holds and tricks.

Catfightworld: Did you ever took part in a real brawl?

Viktoria: No, never! A real brawl is something different. I wouldn't like to be part of it.

Catfightworld: Viktoria, many fans are asking themselves what HWW is exactly. Could you lease explain it and what is your role in there?

Viktoria: The abbreviation HWW means "Hungarian Women Wrestling". I am the trainer here. I have different tasks, like casting new girls for the wrestling, to forge links to the fans and some other small tasks!

Catfightworld: What are your plans for the future? Will you ever organize bigger live events?

Viktoria: I really would like to organize bigger events, like the "Gerebi summer event". Let's see if I can do that. :-)

Catfightworld: You are a beautiful young woman. Did you ever came to know fans which wanted more from you? If yes how did you react?

Viktoria: No, the men are all gentlemen! I never had conflicts with them. Go on that way, I love you all!!!
